Daniel [Dan] Travis Weber is a seasoned restaurant pro — both in the front of the house as well as in the kitchen, cooking up five-star meals for clients in his off-season business.

These days, Dan heads up Juan Pablo’s Margarita Bar as General Manager, keeping a keen eye on all aspects of the up-market Wildwood Mexican restaurant and popular nightspot.

Dan’s pedigree includes cooking for rock stars and movie stars in L.A. and Orlando and having his hands in every facet of the business — both in catering, as well cutting edge restaurants.

Joining JP Restaurant Group in the spring of 2008, Dan finds Wildwood like a big small town where everyone knows one another. When he’s not putting his 19-years of expert experience to work at Juan Pablo’s, Dan enjoys surfing, traveling the world and experiencing other cultures.
