Introduction to Mandy Gerlacher: Manager

Mandy Gerlacher came to Juan Pablo’s Margarita Bar in 2003 as a member of the groundbreaking establishment’s original staff. She went from busser to server to bartender within months. In that time, she served up everything from mouth-watering margaritas to her personal favorite, Minty Mojitos.
Gerlacher has spent two years learning the ins and outs of the foodservice industry, as well as getting a hand in the kitchen every now and again. By early 2007, after assisting the restaurant’s two managers with administrative duties, Mandy earned another promotion—this time becoming a manager, at the of 21. More than ever, Gerlacher continues to be an indispensable member of the Juan Pablo’s family.
Her plans include studying restaurant operations and management this fall while continuing to work at Juan Pablo’s. And thanks to her prolific career as a member of the Juan Pablo’s family, she’ll have quite a head start. |
